- On October 15th 2009 a 6 year old boy was trapped in a hot air balloon, creating a viral story. His parents were later found guilty of making up the story.

Mac App Store now live
The long awaited Mac App Store is here. With it comes thousands of Mac apps, some of the titles include Angry Birds, Sketchbook Pro, and Bejeweled 3. TUAW (The Unofficial Apple Weblog) reports that the prices on the Mac app store are much lower than their current prices online
The Mac App Store comes as a Mac OS update (10.6.6), it’s fairly quick to download, and setup. Hopefully more apps will be approved over the next few days… Possibly Real Racing extra HD.
