Apple provides false information in Samsung vs. Apple lawsuit?

The Samsung vs. Apple lawsuit has been raging on to almost no avail for close to four months now. Most recently Apple had Samsung banned in some of Europe. Well today, news has been flung around the internet like Gorilla’s fling parking meters (anyone?), that Apple provided false information in the lawsuit, more specifically the photographs that they used to represent the iPad compared to the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 (the images above and to the right). Apple’s case is based off of Samsung’s supposed in-ability to create their own almost 10 inch tablet device… because they all look so very different. Apparently Apple believes that Samsung copied their work in the tablet’s design, this includes look and feel, size, and overall usability. When the image was first used everyone was shocked to see the close resemblance of the two devices; however, now looking at the image posted above, the difference is rather large. The tablet in the bottom right of the aforementioned image, is the alleged Samsung device, the tablet directly above that is the real Samsung device, a noticeable difference.
